    Orange Jello Salad

    List of Ingredients




    1 small pkg. Orange Jello
    1 small pkg. vanilla cook & serve pudding
    1 8oz. ca crushed pineapple
    1 11oz. can mandarin oranges
    1 8oz. Cool Whip
    2 T. Acini de Pepi Pasta

    Recipe



    Add pasta to boiling water. Cook approximately 3 minutes, drain. Drain fruit and reserve juice. Add enough water to fruit juice to equal 2 cups. Cook Jello, pudding and liquid to boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool. Fold in fruit, Cool Whip and pasta. Refrigerate.

    Note: I use sugar free Jello and pudding. You can substitute peach Jello and peaches for the orange Jello and mandarin oranges.
