    List of Ingredients




    3 lbs. beef stew meat
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    onions (optional)
    mushrooms (optional)

    Recipe



    Place meat in slow cooker. Cover with Kitchen Bouquet (found in the spice aisle - it will darken meat so you don't have to brown it). Add rest of ingredients. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 7 - 8 hours.

    Serve over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
