List of Ingredients
1 qt. water
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 c. each: chopped onions, celery and carrots
2 1/2 c. cubed potatoes
1 (20oz.) bag frozen mixed cauliflower & broccoli
2 cans crewam of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese (cubed)Recipe
Simmer water, bouillon cubes, onion, celery, potatoes and carrots for 20 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and simmer until tender.
Just delicious!
Makes a dutch oven full!
