List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 12 lamb cutlets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice 1/2 lemon
Instructions
- Combine all the spices and salt together and sprinkle on lamb cutlets.
- Heat olive oil in frying pan over a moderate heat and cook cutlets as desired.
- Squeeze juice from lemon over cutlets and remove from heat.
- Remove meat from pan and rest 5 - 7 minutes before serving with green tomato chutney.
