    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
    • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
    • 3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 12 lamb cutlets
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Juice 1/2 lemon


    Instructions


    1. Combine all the spices and salt together and sprinkle on lamb cutlets.
    2. Heat olive oil in frying pan over a moderate heat and cook cutlets as desired.
    3. Squeeze juice from lemon over cutlets and remove from heat.
    4. Remove meat from pan and rest 5 - 7 minutes before serving with green tomato chutney.
