Cheesy Corn Spread

List of Ingredients
12 oz. finely shredded cheddar cheese
½ c. sour cream
½ c. Miracle Whip
¼ c. finely chopped onion
½ tsp salt
1 – 12 oz. can Mexicorn (drained)
Recipe
Bring cheese to room temperature. Crumble cheddar cheese with a fork (just to break it up a bit more). Mix in remaining ingredients except corn. Add corn last. Chill in refrigerator.
Serve with your favorite crackers or chips.
