    List of Ingredients




    1 bag frozen hash browns (calls for the cubed ones, I use shredded most of the time)
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    ½ c. water (I usually use ½ c. melted margarine instead)
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese (I use shredded Velveeta)
    8 oz sour cream
    2 Tbs minced onion
    salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Partially thaw hashbrowns. Mix ingredients together. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Dot with butter. Bake uncovered 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350º.

    Can cook in crock pot.
