    1 stick margarine, less one inch
    1 c. flour
    3 oz. cream cheese

    Mix well, form into balls and press out into mini muffin pan.

    1 egg
    ¾ c. chopped pecans
    1-inch margarine
    1 tsp vanilla
    ¾ c. sugar
    Pinch of salt

    Mix lightly, put into crusts. Bake for 30 minutes at 350º. Remove to wire racks to cool.
