Mix 1 box spice cake mix
1 15oz. can pumpkin
1 egg

Mix and drop by teaspoonsful onto a mini muffin pan. (these were orginally suppose to be cookies, but I added an egg to make mini muffins.)
bake at 350 for 11 min. They are perfect.
