    Some good Bread & Butter pickles with those Baked Beans on Saturday night.

    List of Ingredients




    1 qt. Cucumbers
    1 Onion, sliced
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. turmeric
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 cup of vinegar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt

    Recipe



    Bring all ingredients to a boil except cukes and onion. Then add them and bring to a boil again. Or pour boiling liquid over cold cukes and onions. Add them to your clean jars and boil in pan. to seal.
