    List of Ingredients




    6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup chopped green salad olives
    1 or 2 tbsp. olive juice
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    dash of pepper

    Recipe



    1. Mash cheese with fork to soften a bit.

    2. Add mayonnaise and blend until smooth.

    3. Add olives, olive juice, pecans and pepper.

    4. Mix well. Refrigerate.

    5. Serve on crackers, thin toast with lettuce, or use as filling in ham or beef roll-ups.
