Recipe
Use a 1qt Ziploc bag. If you have guests, mark their names on the bag with a black permanent marker.
Crack 2 eggs into bag, shake well to combine them. (No More Then 2!)
Add your ingredients such as;
ham, sausage, onions, mushrooms, green peppers, cheeses ect. Shake well.
Make sure to get all the air out of the bag, then zip it up.
Place the bag or bags (6-8 at one time) in a large pot of rolling, boiling water. Cook for approximately 13 minutes. Be very careful to not get burned when handling! Use Tongs.
Cut the bag/s open and the omelet will roll out easily. Be prepared to be Amazed!
Tip; If you have guests, prepare the night before to save time. Serve with home fries, toast or fruit. Use your imagination. :)
