List of Ingredients
- 4 to 6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar (8 oz) Apricot jam
- 1 pck Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 btl. Kraft Russian Dressing with Honey
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together.
- Coat chicken breasts
- Put coated chicken breasts into sprayed 4 qt covered casserol dish OR oven bag.
- Pour remaining mixture over chicken.
- Bake in a preheated 350 deg F. oven for 1 hour
Final Comments
This recipe is very nice when served over Rice.
