    List of Ingredients


    • 4 to 6 boneless/skinless chicken breasts
    • 1 jar (8 oz) Apricot jam
    • 1 pck Lipton onion soup mix
    • 1 btl. Kraft Russian Dressing with Honey


    Instructions


    1. Mix ingredients together.
    2. Coat chicken breasts
    3. Put coated chicken breasts into sprayed 4 qt covered casserol dish OR oven bag.
    4. Pour remaining mixture over chicken.
    5. Bake in a preheated 350 deg F. oven for 1 hour


    Final Comments


    This recipe is very nice when served over Rice.
