    1 stick margerine
    1½ cups brown sugrar well packed
    3 eggs well beaten
    2½ cups flour
    2 teaspons baking powde
    1 cup chopped wallnuts
    ½ teaspoon baking soda
    1 cup fresh crushed pineapple (drained)
    2 cups grated raw carrots
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    ¾ cup currants
    ½ teaspoon cinnamon

    Recipe



    Cream the margerine.
    Add the brown sugar and eggs, mix well. Then addd the flour baking powder and baking soda.
    mix again well, then add wallnuts pineapple, carrots, vanilla, currants, cinnamon.
    Blend well and bake in an 8"x 12" baking dish for 45 minutes
