    1 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
    1 small jar dried chipped beef
    5-6 chopped scallions or 1 small onion, diced

    Combine ingredients, soften with cream or half and half if needed, to get to
    dip consistency.

    Serve with vegetables or pork rinds.
