    List of Ingredients





    1 T. Butter
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    6-8 oz. fresh, chopped mushrooms
    1-1/2 c. diced cooked ham
    1 c. diced Swiss cheese
    1/2 t. ground black pepper
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. cream
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    6-8 spears steamed asparagus

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

    Saute onion in butter. Combine onions, mushrooms, ham, swiss cheese, cut up asparagus salt and pepper. Transfer to greased 3 qt. (square Pyrex) casserole dish.

    In a bowl, mix together egg and cream; pour over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

    Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes
