    2 pkgs chopped frozen spinach
    2 eggs
    1 cup shredded cheese of your choice
    1 8 oz package cream cheese
    salt, pepper

    Thaw spinach and squeeze out all moisture. Melt cream cheese in microwave till very soft. Add all ingredients. to spinach and blend well. Pour into non-stick (or greased) pie plate or cake pan. Bake @ 300 degrees for 30 min or until firm.
