    Grilled Salmon with Herb Sauce

    List of Ingredients





    1 1/2 lb Salmon Fillet w/skin (2 lb)
    2 tb Chives, minced
    2 tb Tarragon
    2 tb Shallots, minced
    1 tb Lemon juice
    2 tb Sour cream
    Salt
    Pepper

    Remove any bones from fish using pliers. Cut through the flesh, in
    portion sized servings, down to the skin. Do not cut through the skin.
    Put herb paste on salmon. Grill, skin side down, with the cover closed
    for 5 to 8 minutes or until done. Insert spatula between fish and skin.
    Lift and transfer to platter. Serve.
