    All you need is: egg crepes, ground beef w/ onions & taco seasoning, mexican restaurant style cheese (white, melted) and diced tomatoes.
    Place an egg crepe on a round plate. Spread ground beef mixture on top evenly. Pour cheese all over ground beef. Sprinkle with diced tomatoes or pico de gallo. I also like to put some taco sauce on top
