"Chili's" Fajitas

List of Ingredients
1/4 cup lime juice
2 Tbls. olive oil
4 cloves garlic - crushed
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Liquid Smoke
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 lb of top siloin or chicken breast
This will serve 4. If doubling or tripling the recipe, don't double or triple the salt as this will be too salty. Everything else double or triple accordingly.
Before putting the meat in to marinade pierce it with a fork on both sides so the marinade will really soak into the meat. Put the meat and marinade in a ziplock bag and refrigerate overnight or at least 3 hours. Discard the leftover marinade.
Put meat on grill over medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side
I also cut a various colored peppers, onions, and tomatoes and cook those separately.
I make a separate little sauce to put over the peppers and sliced meat just before serving. It keeps everything extra moist.

1/2 tsp. lime juice
dash salt
dash black pepper
1 Tbls. olive oil.
Serve with peppers and onions, sour cream, cheese, salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, for those on level 2 or for the kids guacamole.
