List of Ingredients
1/2 pound of pasta(whole-wheat, etc.),
1 1/2 cups creamed cottage cheese(fat free),
1 1/2 cups sour cream(fat free), 3
TBsp. milk(skim),
3 TBsp. finely chopped onions,
2 tsp. worcestershire sauce,
1/2 tsp. salt,
1/8 tsp. garlic powder,
6 to 8 drops hot pepper sauce,
paprika.
Cook pasta and drain. In bowl, blend remaining ingredients, except paprika. I do this in the processor, because I can not find creamed cottage cheese anymore. Add pasta, mix well. Pour into a 3 quart casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover. In larger baking dish, add water to equal 1/2 inch depth. Place casserole containing pasta mixture in baking dish. Place in a 325 degree oven. Bake until hot, 35 to 40 minutes. Serve immediately. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 6 to 8.
