    Somersize Pasta Primavera
    CARBOS AND VEGGIES – LEVEL ONE
    Serves 3
    Nothing is more satisfying than a great Pasta Primavera. This one is perfectly Somersized!


    1 package Somersize Spaghetti
    1 zucchini
    1 yellow squash
    1 red pepper
    1 ½ cups Somersize Marinara Sauce


    Prepare spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.


    Julienne zucchini, yellow squash and red pepper creating long thin strips. Steam the vegetables until tender, about 5 minutes. Place the sauce into a sauté pan and heat on medium high. Add the steamed vegetables and cook in the sauce until heated through, about 5 minutes.


    Pour sauce and vegetables over the spaghetti and serve immediately.


    For Level Two: Instead of steaming your vegetables, sauté them in olive oil until tender. Also, add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before serving.
