Lemon Caper Chicken

List of Ingredients
4 chicken breasts pounded to 1/2 inch thick;
salt and pepper to taste
2T. capers
1/3C. white cooking wine
1/4C. lemon juice
Cook chicken in olive oil in a large skillet until no longer pink. Remove to warm in the oven. pour in capers, wine and lemon juice and reduce by half. Put chicken back in pan to coat with the sauce. I sometimes double the sauce ingredients to have more to pour over the chicken!
