Four skinless, boneless, chicken breast halves
Fresh grated Parmesan or shredded Parmesan
Pats of butter
White wine 3/4 cup
Put the breasts in a baking dish, pour the white wine over the breasts, sprinkle the top of each breast with cheese, then put one or two pats of butter on each breast. Cover with foil and cook at 325 for about 25-30 minutes depending on your oven and the thickness of the breasts.
