    1 tsp.dry mustard
    1 cup heavy cream
    2 tbsp.fresh lemon juice, or to taste
    1/2 tsp.salt
    1/8 tsp.liquid red-pepper seasoning
    3/4 cup mayonaise

    Combine all in a meduim bowl and mix with a whisk or fork until well blended. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to use. Whisk again before using.
