    1 cup mayo
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 tsp dried chives
    1/2 tsp dried parsley
    1/2 tsp dried dill weed
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    1/8 tsp sea salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper

    add all together and mix with a wire whip, cover and chill at least 30 minutes before serving
    (I like to water it down a little by adding water as it is more like dip consistency otherwise.
