    1 stick of salted butter, sliced.
    1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
    1/2 cup fine-shredded Parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    Garlic Powder, ground white pepper to taste.

    In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add cream cheese and Parmesan,
    whisk until smooth. Add cream, continuing to whisk until sauce is smooth.
    Add Garlic powder and ground white pepper and stir.
