List of Ingredients
1 stick butter
1-2 onions, sliced
1 lb. favorite veggie (mushrooms, asparagus, broccoli etc..)
1 c. chicken broth
1 c. cream
salt and white pepper to taste
Saute onions and veggies in butter until they sweat. add chicken broth and simmer 20 min. run through blender, food processor or use stick blender to pulverize onions and veggies. Return to pan, add cream and heat through. Salt and white pepper to taste.
