    List of Ingredients




    1 lb green beans topped and tailed
    2 tbls peanut oil
    2 tsp crushed garlic
    1 tsp minced fresh ginger
    1/4 c lite soy sauce

    Heat oil in hot wok over high heat, add ginger and garlic, stirfry 1 min.
    Add green beans, and cook till beans blister and brown a little. Turn heat down to med. Add soy sauce, and cook for another 30 secs.
    At the very end I added a small piece of butter, it thickened the soy sauce a little.
