    Thanksgiving Green Bean Casserole

    2 cans green beans or use fresh and pre cook

    Sauce
    10 button mushrooms
    2/3 c cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    S & P
    ½ c. chicken broth

    Sauce
    Cook down sauce on med-low heat is thick and mushrooms are well cooked. Add beans and top with onions and bake for 20-25 min.

    Onion topping
    Either Suzanne Somers Caramelized Onions or
    Microwaved Frizzled Onion
    Cut onions and place in olive oil covered casserole in microwave for 9 min. They will shrivel up and brown. Put on top of beans and bake in 350 oven for 20-25 min.
