Fire Escape Flank Steak

1/4c canola oil,
3T lime juice,
1T minced garlic,
1 t cumin,
1t chili powder,
2T cilantro leaves,
1 flank steak(about 2 pounds)
Combine marinade and pour over steak (use a non metal pan) cover and refrigerate overnight, 1 hour at the least. Grill steak, turning once (8-10 minutes for rare). Cut into thin slices across the grain.
