    List of Ingredients





    1 beef brisket, about 3lbs,
    salt & pepper,
    1 small onion chopped,
    1 rib celery chopped,
    1 bay leaf,
    3 tbls cold water,
    1 tbls dry mustard,
    1/2 cup sour cream,
    1 tsp vinegar.

    Heat oven to 350. Sprinkle meat with salt & pepper to taste. Put onion and celery in heavy 2-qt casserole. Lay brisket on top; add bay leaf. Cover; cook 3-1/2 hours, or until meat is extremely tender.
