    NO-BAKE GRANOLA BARS

    List of Ingredients

    NO-BAKE GRANOLA BARS

    2 1/2 cups crisp rice cereal
    2 cups uncooked quick-cooking oatmeal

    1/2cup brown sugar
    1/2cup corn syrup

    1/2cup peanut butter
    1teaspoon vanilla
    1/2cup chocolate chips


    Recipe


    Combine first three ingredients in a large bowl, set a side

    Bring brown sugar and corn syrup to a boil, stirring constantly, remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until blended.

    Pour peanut butter mixture over cereal mixture, stirring until coated. Let sit about 5 minutes.

    Put chocolate chips on a 9-13 pan. Pour mixture top on the chocolate chips, then more chocolate chips top on it, then press down. Let cool. Then cut into bars.

    This is a fun recipe, quick and easy, You can play it quite a bit, using chunky peanut butter, other dried fruits, try chocolat covered raisins or peanuts, etc.
