    PUMPKIN BARS

    List of Ingredients




    BARS
    2cups all-purpose flour or unbleached flour
    2cup sugar
    2Tsp baking powder
    1Tsp baking soda
    1Tsp cinnamon
    1Tsp nutmeg
    1/2Tsp salt
    1/2Tsp cloves
    1cup oil
    1 (16 oz) can (2cups) pumpkin
    4eggs
    1/2cup chopped nuts
    1/2cup raisins
    FROSTING
    2cups powdered sugar
    1/3cup margarine or butter softened
    1(3oz) pkg. cream cheese softened
    1Tsp milk
    1Tsp vanilla

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 350F. Grease 15+10+1-inch baking pan. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off.
    In large bowl, combine all bar ingredients expect nuts and raisins; beat at low speed until moistened.
    Beat 2min at medium speed. Stir in nuts and raisins.
    Pour into greased pan.

    Bake at 350F for 25 to 30min or until tooth pick inserted center comes out clean.
    Cool completely.

    In small bowl, combine all frosting ingredients; beat until smooth.
    Spread over cooled bars.
    Cut into bars.
    Store in refrigerator. 48 bars.
