DOUGHNUT
Flour 250g (1 2/3 cup)
Yeast 15g (1 Tsp)
Sugar1/2 cup
Warm milk 150cc
Margarine or butter 40g (1/4 cup) softened.
2 eggs
Salt 1/4Tsp.
Mashed potato11/2 cup.
ICING
4 cups powdered sugar
2/3 cup boiling water
CHOCOLATE COATING
2/3cup sweet chocolate chips
1/4cup butter.
Melt chocolate and butter mix well.
Recipe
1. In warm milk mix pinch of sugar. Add Yeast wait about 5 min.
2. Mix eggs, butter, and sugar, mix well. Add flour and yeast mix well. Until the dough is smooth.
3. The dough is very soft and very sticky; add more flour (1/2 cup) if still soft add more flour until not so sticky, but should be little bit sticky and very soft.
4. Let rise in clean bowl, (about 2-3 hours) until the dough is double size.
5. Roll put the dough, cut with doughnut cutter. Put on the baking sheet or plate cover with plastic wrap or plastic bag, Let more rise about 1 to 1 and half hour.
6. Fry the doughnut in hot oil (about medium or medium-high heat) golden brown both side, then put on the pepper towel, let cool.
