BACON AND CHEESE QUICHE
List of Ingredients

4ounces medium-thick bacon slices
3eggs
11/2cup whipping cream
1cup grated Swiss cheese
1/8Tsp grated nutmeg
Salt and pepper
FOR THE CRUST
11/4cup flour
1/2Tsp salt
6Tbsp cold butter cut in pieces
3Tbsp cold margarine cut in pieces
3-4Tbsp ice water
Recipe
1. Make the crust. Maintain the oven temperature 375F
2. Fry the bacon until crisp. Drain, then crumble into small pieces. Sprinkle in the pie shell.
3. Beat together the egg, Cream, Cheese, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour over the bacon and bake until puffed and brown, about 30min.
