About 12 cup cakes
200g Cream cheese
50g Butter
80g Sugar
1/2lemon juice
110g All-purpose flour
1Tsp baking powder
2eggs
Recipe
1. Mix room temperature cheese and butter, add lemon juice.
2. Add sugar and eggs (lightly beaten) mix well.
3. Add baking powder and flour.
4. Pour mixture to muffin pan about 300-350F oven bake 20min.
5. Cool cup cake put powder sugar.
