    11/4cup graham cracker crumbs
    1/4cup (2/1 stick) butter, melted
    1cup nestle tall house semi-sweet chocolate mine morsels, divided
    CHEESECAKES
    3pkgs (8oz each) cream cheese softened
    1/4cup packed brown sugar
    1can (15oz) Libby’s 100% pure pumpkin
    4large eggs
    1/2cup nestle carnation evaporated milk
    2Tbsp cornstarch
    1Tsp ground cinnamon
    1/8Tsp ground nutmeg

    CRUST
    COMBIN
    Graham cracker crumbs, batter, and sugar in small bowl. Press onto bottom or greased 9-inch spring pan. Sprinkle with 1/2cup morsels
    CHEESECAKE
    MICROWAVE
    Remaining morsels in medium bowl on 100% power at 15-secound in large mixer bowl until smooth; beat in pumpkin. Beat in eggs, milk, cornstarch, and spices. Remove ¾ cup pumpkin mixture and stir into melted chocolate. Pour remaining pumpkin mixture into crest. Spoon chocolate pumpkin mixture over top; swirl
    BAKE
    In prepared 350F oven for 60-65 min or until edge is set but center still moves slightly. Cool in pan on wire rack. Refrigerate several hours or over night.
