NEW YORK CHEESE CAKE
8 to 12 servings
List of Ingredients
1cup Graham cracker crumbs
3/4cup sugar
1/4cup plus 2 Tbsp melted butter
1&1/2cup sour cream.
2 eggs
2Tsp vanilla
1-pound cream cheese broken small pieces (24 potions cream cheese)
Recipe
1.Blend the clacker crumbs, 1/4cup sugar + ¼ cup melted butter, and line the bottom of an 8 or 9-inch ungreased spring form pan.
2.Blend in sour cream, 1/2cup sugar eggs = vanilla in a food blender for 1min. Add cream cheese blend until smooth.
3.Pour 2 Tbsp melted butter through the top of the machine. Pour into the spring pan. Bake in the lower third of a 325 oven for 45min.
4.When baking is finished remove from oven and turn oven onto broil.
5.Broil the cheesecake just until the top begins to show attractive spots of brown.
6.Refrigerator for 4 hours or over night before cutting and serving.
