PIE CRUST
List of Ingredients
2cups flour
1Tsp salt
3/4cup shortening
4-5Tbsp ice water
Recipe
1. sift the flour and salt into a mixing bowl. Using a pastry blender, cut in the shortening until the mixture resembles coarse crumble.
2. Sprinkle the ice water, 1Tbsp at a time, tossing lightly with your fingertips or a fork until the dough will form a ball
3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out of the ball.
4. Use a line a pie pan, easing the dough in and being careful not to stretch it.
