Pumpkin spice Roll

For cake For frosting
3 Eggs 1 cup powdered sugar
1 Cup sugar 6 oz cream cheese
2/3 cups pumpkin 1/4 cup soft butter
3/4cup sifted flour 1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Ginger
1/2tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
walnuts




Recipe


*Mix cake mixture, expect walnuts, completely
*Pour into greased cookie sheet, covered with wax paper. Top with walnuts and bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.
*Dust a kitchen cloth with powdered sugar and place cake on it, roll up let cool.
*Unroll cake and spread frosting evenly on top coating completely. Roll up cake and chill until firm, Cut and serve.
