Quick & Easy Pumpkin Cupcakes
1 Pkg. (18.25 oz) spice cake mix
1 can (15 oz) 100 % pore pumpkin
3 large eggs
1/3vegetable oil.
1/3cup water
1 container (16 oz) prepared cream cheese frosting
Recipe
BLEND
Cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, oil and water in large mixer bowl until moistened.
Beat on medium speed for 2min
POUR
Butter into 24 paper-lined muffin cups.
Full ¾ full
BAKE
In prepared 350F oven for 16-20 min. Cool in pans for 10 min; remove to wire racks cool completely.
Spread cupcake with frosting.
