    FILLING AND STREUSEL
    1 cup walnut, coarsely chopped
    2/3cup packed light-brown sugar
    2Tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2stick(1/4cup) cold butter or margarine

    BATTER
    11/2stick (3/4cup) butter or margarine softened
    11/4cup sugar
    2Tsp baking powder
    3/4Tsp baking soda
    3 large eggs
    2 Tsp vanilla extract
    21/3cup flour
    11/4cup reduced fat sour cream

    Recipe



    1.Heat oven to 350F. Lightly greased a 9-in. Spring form pan
    2.FILLING AND STREUSEL: Mix walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Remove 11/4cups for filling. For streusel, add flour and butter to mixture remaining in bowl; cut in with a pastry blender until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    3.BATTER: Beat butter, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a large bowl with mixture on high speed 4 min or until pale and fluffy. Add eggs one at the time, beating well after each. Beat in vanilla until blended
    4.With mixture on low speed, beat in flour in 3 additions, alternating with sour cream in 2 additions, just until blended
    5.Spread ½ the butter (about 1/3cup) evenly in prepared pan. Sprinkle with reserved filling, pressing it gently into the butter
    6.Spoon on remain batter, spread evenly, then sprinkle with the streusel.
    7.Bake 1 hour to 1 hour10min or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan and a wire rack 15 min, then remove the sides of the pan and let the cake cool completely.
