Southwestern Pork Chop Casserole
List of Ingredients
1tablespoon oil
4 pork chops
1 medium onion -- chopped
4 ounces canned chop green chilies
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 1/2 cups instant rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can water
3 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
In a skillet, heat oil over medium high heat.
Brown pork chops on both sides. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, saut�Eonion, chilies and celery until onion is tender.
Stir in rice; saut�Euntil lightly browned.
Add soup, water and soy sauce; blend well.
Place in a greased 2-qt. baking dish.
Top with pork chops and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
