MARINATED PORK TENDERLOINS
Menu suggestion; garlic-roasted new potatoes, steamed broccoli and rolls
List of Ingredients
1/4cup soy sauce
1/4cup bourbon or apple juice
2Tbsp brown sugar
11/2 pounds pork tenderloin
1/3cup sour cream
3/3cup mayonnaise
1Tbsp dry mustard
1Tbsp-minced onion
11/2tsp vinegar
Recipe
STIR
Together first 3ingridents in a shallow dish or heavy-duty-zip-top plastic bag. Set aside.
PRICK
Pork tenderloin several times a fork, and place them in marinade. Cover or seal, turning to coat; let stand at room temperature 30min or chill 8 hours.
Remove
Pork from marinade sauce.
GRILL
400F 12min on each side
STIR mustard sauce
Together sour cream and next 4 ingredients.
