SALAD DRESSING.
Makes 1 cup
ROASTED GARLIC
1. Microwave 4 large garlic cloves ( skin on) at 100% power for 1 min.
2. Peel; trim end, center sprout.
3. Combine garlic, 1/2cup each low-fat mayonnaise and plain yogurt
4. 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice, 1/4Tsp salt and pinch cayenne in blender; blend until smooth
5. Add salt and cracked pepper to taste.
HONEY-MUSTARD
Makes 1 cup
1. Combine in a small jar with a thigh-fitting lid.
2. 4Tbsp each fresh lemon juice and reduced fat sour cream, 2 Tbsp each balsamic vinegar and honey, 3 Tbsp honey mustard and 1 Tbsp olive oil
3. Shack well until thoroughly mixed
4. Add salt and cracked pepper to taste.
