1 (16oz) can tomatoes
1(4oz) can diced green chili
1Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
3green onions finely chopped
1 garlic clove minced
Salt and pepper
Recipe
In a blender or food processor, finely chop tomatoes.
In a medium bowl, combine chopped tomatoes and juice, chili cilantro, green onions and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Makes 2-1/2cups.
