    Miso paste marinade Chicken.

    List of Ingredients

    Miso paste marinade Chicken.

    4 skinned breast chickens or chicken legs.
    1/4cup miso past.
    1/4cup sake, (Japanese rice wine) 1/4cup water
    (If you don't have sake use 1/2cup water only )
    1/4cup sugar.
    3Tbsp ginger minced


    Recipe


    1. Marinade chicken about 5hours to over night.
    2. Oil in skillet stir fry chicken with medium heat (serve the sauce)
    3. Add marinade sauce cover and summer medium low heat.
    good with white rice

    I usually don’t use any measuring spoon or cup. I’m kind of
    guessing how much spices and sugar oil and soy sauce needed.
    So if too sweet or too salty use fewer less ingredients.
