    Miso soup.

    4cups hot boiling water
    1Tbsp Japanese dry fish stock (we call dashi no moto, you can buy from oriental grocery’s store)
    3 to 4Tbsp miso paste


    You can use any kind of vegetables.
    Seaweed and green onions (slices.)
    Or potatoes cut into little pieces.
    Or green beans
    Or thin onion slices and droped egg (lightly beaten)

    Recipe





    1. Boil water add fish stock vegetables until vegetables are soft.
    (If seaweeds do not cook too long)
    If you use onions and eggs drop.
    Drop egg before 1-2 min remove pan from heat.
    2. Remove from heat (mix with the 1/2cup boiling water and miso past in other bowl) then add to the hot water.

    I usually don’t use any measuring spoon or cup. I’m kind of guessing how much spices and sugar oil and soy sauce needed.
    So if too sweet or too salty use fewer less ingredients.
