    OYAKO DONBURI
    For 1sreving

    40g Chicken breast skinless
    ½ medium onion
    1egg
    Hot cooked white rice (oriental)

    SAUCE MIXTURE
    6Tbsp water
    Dry fish stock (dasino moto)
    2Tbsp soy sauce
    2Tbsp sugar
    1Tbsp mirin or sake (optional)

    Recipe




    1. Slice chicken breast and cut half onion. Then thin slices
    2. Heat oil in skillet medium heat 1Tbsp oil, stir chicken and onion until tender.
    3. Pour the sauce mixture summer; add chicken and onion summer 1min.
    4. Pour lightly beaten egg to the mixture cover skillet about 2-3min.
    5. Serve with hot cooked rice in bowl. Pour the egg and chicken and sauce on the rice.
