Warm Penn State Cheddars Dip
List of Ingredients
1 pound cream cheese, softened
1/2 pound sharp cheddar, grated
1/2 pound smoked cheddar, grated
Vegetables for dipping
Recipe
Combine the cheeses in food processor and process until smooth. Place in heat-resistant serving container and heat in microwave or conventional oven until melted and warm throughout, about 30 minutes in conventional oven at 375º . Serve with blanched broccoli florets, cauliflower, carrot sticks, red-pepper chunks, or any other vegetables for dipping. Pretzel sticks also make a nice accompaniment. Serves 16.
